Order review and acceptance
Orders are paid as estimates and then manually reviewed. The owner may reject any order at sole discretion for safety, policy, legal, or technical reasons.
Prohibited content
Weapons or weapon components are not accepted.
IP and license responsibility
You confirm uploaded files are owned by you or licensed for printing. You are solely responsible for IP compliance.
Estimate disclaimer
Instant quotes are estimates. Material usage, print time, and final quality may differ based on model geometry and printability.
Cancellation and refund
If an order is canceled after payment, refunds are processed manually in the payment dashboard and then marked in the app.
Lead times and shipping
Lead times are estimates. Shipping delays outside owner control are possible.
